A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This confirms your spot and covers preparation time.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may need to reschedule to respect other clients.
Please arrive with clean, detangled hair. Some styles require hair to be pre-stretched — contact us if you have questions.
Children are welcome! Please notify us when booking so we can prepare an appropriate and comfortable experience.
